Just message and check with us :) The space The condominium is situated in a safe area with good security Facilities - 1 bed room with a queen size bed - bath room with shower - fresh towel - living room with microwave and fridge - swimming pool - Gym No smoking in the room. Room is equiped with smoke detector Guest access The entire room. Building swimming pool, gym and study room. Other things to note The check in is after 2PM and the check out time is before noon. But it can be flexible depends upon if I have a guest the night before or after your stay or not. Please ask. :) Please let me know your preferred check in/out time so I plan to be there to hand a key in person if I could. Thanks. :) For the monthly stay, electricity and water supply will be charged on actual usage. Cleaning is done only before check in and after check out.
