Come stay at our relaxing casita with an unbeatable location near beautiful Lake Winona! On a dead-end street, the house is steps from Lake Winona and access to its walking paths and park. It's just two blocks to Winona State and a mile to downtown. Our home has historic charm, comfortable furnishings, a fully updated kitchen, and reliable wifi. With two bedrooms, this cozy house is a perfect home base for your trip to Winona. Well-behaved dogs are welcome at no extra cost. The space The house was built in 1895 and retains much of its original character. At around 950 square feet, it's a small place that feels inviting and has everything needed to be comfortable. The living room and dining room are one open space, with two bedrooms that are directly off the living space. The back bedroom has direct access to the bathroom, and there is also bathroom access through the kitchen, though it is very narrow. There is a small backyard with a gas grill for your use. Our family stays here when visiting, so we've made sure our guests have everything they need. Guest access You will have access to the entire property. Other things to note Our place is not suited for hosting larger groups or gatherings given its size and lack of overflow space. We recommended meeting at Lake Park if you are gathering with a larger group. Because of the home size, we will not approve requests for extra guests.
