Conveniently located between Idaho Springs & Georgetown, our quaint cabin offers a cozy spot along the I70 corridor. The lot backs Clear Creek and offers a beautiful place to relax by the water. There are 5 major ski resorts close by. Zip lining, hiking, white water rafting, etc all within minutes of the cabin. Red Rocks Ampitheater approx 30 minutes. Large fenced back yard for family and dog. Located just off I-70 so you will hear road traffic, but evenings are rather quiet for sleeping The space Newly updated 1893 cabin that backs up to beautiful Clear Creek. Convenietly located close to major ski resorts, an abundance of outdoor activities and the quaint mountain towns of Idaho Springs and Georgetown. Just a short 35 minute drive to get to Red Rocks Amphitheater and even less to Golden. The space is just over 730 sf and laid out to be cozy, yet comfortable for up to 6 people. We are dog friendly and allow a maximum of 2 dogs per stay for a pet fee of $75. We will accommodate breeds up to 90 pounds. Dogs may not be left unnattended inside the rental space while you are away, but we do have a large entryway where they can stay with access to the backyard if you so choose. We also provide one 42" kennel for dogs that have seperation anxiety and may cause damage when left alone. Our large backyard is safely fenced from the creek for the safety of visitng chidlren and dogs, but the creeks edge is accessible through the back gate. The main bedroom is furnished with a king size bed and nightstands & lamps with charging ports and plugins. There is also a spacious closet, and 39" Amazon Fire TV and sound machine. Our second bedroom has queen bunkbeds with comforatable memory foam mattresses. These also have built in charging stations in the headboards. The kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, baking sheets, mixing bowls, silverware, dinnerware, glassware, toaster, coffee maker, french press, crockpot and more. We provide Colorado Crafted Boyer's Coffee along with a variety of teas. There is also a Starbucks within a couple minutes of the rental if that is your preference. The dining table has butterfly leaves to accomodate up to 6 people and additional chairs provided in the space. There is also additional seating at the kitchen island that doubles as a workspace. The living room is comfortably furnitured with a leather sofa and swivel chairs. We also provide extra cozy throw blankets to snuggle up with (please do not let dogs lay on them). The living room cabinet is stocked with family games and kids books, and other reading is available as well. We also provide a 50" Amazon Fire TV with access to Netflix & Hulu as well as regular cable TV access. Internet access is provided by Xfinity and we have surprisingly good speeds for being in the mountains. The bathroom has a seperate toilet/shower closet that seperates from the vanity area, which allows for multiple people to be getting ready at one time. Just off the bathroom is the laundry room for your use during your stay. Guest access You will have the entire house and yard to yourself. No guest access to the sheds in the backyard or to the supply closet in the bathroom.
