The space At Spencer homes we are located in peaceful cozy environment in Negombo that will give you the peace of mind and relaxation you need. Here we are located out of the noisy towns but just few meters away from the main roads allowing you to reach where ever you need in a glimpse of a moment. Guest access You will have access throughout the entire premise including our garden with the swings, a spacious living room, a delightful kitchen along with three bed rooms with bathrooms attached. Free Wifi available at all times. During your stay You will have the entire home to yourself with all the freedom you need, but myself (Spencer) will be one call away for any assistance/guidance you may require. Other things to note We will provide you with two bicycles (free of charge) inclusive of protective gear allowing you to travel around our beautiful city at your free will. You may also rent a motor bike if you decide travel far at a very reasonable price. We will also provide you with our mini bar facility as per your requirement.
