This place has a resolutely unique style. Charming house located in Floirac, close to the Arkéa arena and 15 minutes from Bordeaux by car or bus (line 28 at 200 m and line 45 at 600 m). The city center of Floirac is a 10-minute walk (Sunday market) and Bouliac shopping center is a 5-minute drive. A pond is nearby for digestive walks. This blue house is my main home, you will find my personal belongings there, thank you for taking care of it. The space This small house is being renovated by me, it is bright and warm. There is a beautiful, friendly living room with a view of the garden. The first bedroom is mine, with its 160 x 200 bed, cocooning and bright. The second bedroom, also bright, with a 160 x 200 bed, is entirely dedicated to you. A bathroom with toilet, a kitchen in its juice and finally a large terrace with above-ground pool complete the whole. You have the option to use the barbecue (provide charcoal), the many board games and basic condiments (oil, salt, pepper, etc.). If you use my personal food reserves, please replenish them when you leave. Guest access You have the entire place except the mezzanine and the garage.
