"Malgré tout" Lodge

The "malgré tout" gîte, on two levels, is located in the heart of the small typical village of Aydius, clinging to a sunny mountainside. Beautiful house renovated and equipped for a comfortable stay in the mountains. This independent rural gîte offers all the equipment necessary for a pleasant stay. The village offers many hiking or mountain biking trails with different levels of difficulty, such as the Montagnon Lake and its heart shape. The space Ground floor: - 2 bedrooms with double bed (140 x 190 cm). Each room is 10 m² and has direct access to a shaded and quiet terrace. There is a sink and mirror in each room. - 1 bathroom with sink and walk-in shower. - 1 separate toilet (with washing machine) - 1 seating area with armchair Floor: - 1 equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, induction stove, fridge with freezer), - 1 living room of 30 m² opening onto terrace with a fireplace, a table and four chairs, a bar with four stools, a sofa and a television. The living room, facing south, is well lit thanks to the 2 bay windows. - 1 bathroom with sink and shower. - 1 separate toilet Outside: - A private, enclosed garden - Two south-facing terraces with an area of 25 m2 each. - A table with chairs on each terrace - Garden furniture on each terrace - A barbecue Other things to note Aydius is a classified village typical of the Béarnaise mountains located in a preserved valley 25 km from Oloron Ste Marie, 30 km from Spain and 40 minutes from alpine and cross-country ski resorts. 50 meters from the vacation rental, there is a fronton with parking where you can park easily, an inn with a grocery store, post office and bread depot. Activities to do near the gîte: horseback riding, paragliding, climbing, animal park, amusement park, ski resorts... Nearby (6 km): pharmacy, shops (bakery, butcher, restaurants, supermarket, etc.) health center, doctor, train station.
