The space The apartment has everything you need for your daily life. Please keep in mind that the second floor of the apartment isn't full-high. This apartment is located in the most prestigious and safest neighbourhood of the city, with a lot of restaurants and bars around. The main streets ( Rambla de Cataluña and Passeig de Gracia) are just 5 mins away. Metro and Airbus are also 400 meters away. You will be staying in the center of the big city, on one of the main streets, please don’t expect it to be completely silent at night. Guest access There is an elevator in the building, but to reach it you’ll still have to walk some stairs. Other things to note *** HOUSE RULES *** 1. Parties, drugs, loud noise or any kind of disturbance towards the neighbours are completely forbidden, with a penalty of possible eviction 2.The apartment has a fixed capacity. You’re not allowed to bring more people than the listed. 3. Please observe quiet time between 10pm - 9am. 4. Respect your neighbours and be respectful in common areas (hallways, entrance, elevator, stairs). 5. Loss of keys will have a 50€ charge per key lost. 6. No smoking on interior areas. 7. Bicycles, scooters are not allowed 8. If the garbage bin is full, please take it outside and find the closest dumpster. 9. Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities. 10. Please leave the apartment in a good condition. 11. Use AC, electronic devices and electricity responsibly. The non fullfillment of any of the above points may result in expulsion from the apartment. To do that you will be asked for your id/passport during the check in process. All legal touristic establishments are required to do so. TOURIST TAX: The government of Cataluñya imposes a tourist tax to be paid by every person over 16 per night with a maximum length of 7 days.
