Amazing views, hot tub, fire pit and stargazing

A romantic get away in this off grid stargazing belle tent on a small adults-only glamping site with three units. Flicker's tent is perfect for a get away or celebrating a special event with a wood burning fire to keep warm and a stargazing roof you will feel really connected with nature. This tent is served by its own bathroom with shower and kitchenette. Outside there is your own wood burning hot tub and fire pit. The view is truly spectacular across the tone Valley. The space The tent is a lotus 5m Stargazer bell tents with Outbacker wood burners. It is truly beautiful, and they make the most of the spectacular views and stars at night. The tent is off grid and we have a small solar system with batteries that provideds power . This is limited so something like a kettle would not work but charging items like phones or tablets or running all the lights is no issue. The tent has a double bed. All linens and towels are provided. We even include extra blankets and a electric blanket. The tent is about 12 meters away from one of our other units but there are seperated with a privacy fence. It has a fire pit and a wood burning hot tub. The hot tub will need to be lit and heated by you during your stay. In summer, it takes 1.5–2 hours to heat from cold (less if it’s already warm), and in winter, it takes 3–4 hours due to the cooler temperatures. We can pre-light it and bring it to temperature before your arrival for a £30 charge. A bin of wood is provided with every stay, and additional bags are available for £7 each. We can also offer packages for special occasions; - Birthday or other celebration balloons and banners for £20 (please let us know the event, colour preference and if you want two number balloons what numbers at time of requesting) - Birthday or other celebration balloons, banner, flowers or Chocolates and prosecco £40 or all of it for £50. The horses have moved out and a new bathroom (Shower, Toilet, Sink, Towel rad) and Kitchenette (Fridge with ice box, Sink, Twin hot plate, Toaster and Kettle) have been installed. Each is dedicated to a pod, so no sharing needed. They have been insulated and have mains electric heating and electric hot water. The tent is a short walk from the stables, so we have a stone path connecting them and we give you a lantern. There is also a carpark area with parking for one car per tent. Around the carpark we have planted a wildlife friendly hedge. Guest access We are in the countryside, and it is beautiful, the downside is transport links are poor so if you want to pop out, we recommend a car. There are lots of places to walk locally but it is hilly so please bear in mind. Other things to note We provide blankets, bedding and to use during your stay to keep warm and the stables have electric heating. There is also Wi-Fi on site but works best at the stables. As we are in the countryside, we do get Foxes, Rabbets, Pheasants, Squirrels and even Deer (great fun to watch). We have sheep in the field some of the time, this will behind an electric fence so you will not wake up with a sheep at the bottom of the bed, but they can be talkative especially when lambing (they are also great fun to watch). We are a Freedom Camping site and members can get 10% off their booking.
