The space Ulu Villa is a two-floor A-frame loft villa with a private pool, nestled in the peaceful Mahsuri Ring, perfect for guests seeking to connect with nature. The ground floor features an open-concept living area connected to the kitchen and dining area, complete with air conditioning, a ceiling fan, a smart TV with Netflix, and WiFi. The private pool area includes a landscaped wood deck, ideal for relaxing, and an outdoor shower for convenience after swimming. The first-floor loft-style bedroom, equipped with a queen-sized bed and air conditioning, offers stunning sunrise views through a glass wall designed to connect you with nature. The attic, located on the second floor, features a queen-sized mattress and air conditioning, available for groups of more than two guests. The villa’s bathroom boasts an open-concept design, with a large tree originally part of the site preserved between the shower and sink, allowing guests to feel even closer to the surrounding natural environment. Guest access 🔑Guest Access & Room Allocation Guests have full private access to the entire villa, garden and pool — no shared spaces. 🛌For 2 guests: You’ll have access to the loft space only (queen bed) 🛌For more than 2 guests: The attic space with one queen mattress will be opened, with a small additional charge per guest. This helps us manage cleaning and energy use efficiently while keeping the space exclusive for your group. Other things to note Please note that the listed price is for 2 people, with a maximum occupancy of 4 people, subject to extra charges. The villa is located in a tranquil village, so kindly respect the peaceful surroundings by avoiding parties or excessive noise. Due to the natural location, you may encounter insects, small lizards, and sometimes monkeys around the villa. Embrace it as part of a unique experience to connect with nature. For convenience, I highly recommend having your own transportation, either a car or a scooter, as the villa is in a village area, and Grab or taxi services may sometimes take longer to arrive. I also offer a car rental exclusively for my guests at a reasonable price. Our villa is equipped with a Nescafé Dolce coffee maker. You can enjoy a cup of coffee for RM3 per capsule.
