The atmosphere is cozy, airy, comfortable and fully furnished, in addition to having been recently renovated. All thinking about your well-being. The space The Studio has Wi-Fi internet, Smart TV, bed and bath linens, kitchen utensils (cutlery, dishes, pan, coffee maker, electric kettle), hair dryer, microwave, induction stove, refrigerator, air conditioning (cold), washing machine, etc. IMPORTANT: We have 1 double bed and 1 extra single bed. • CAMERAS: Rest assured, your privacy is guaranteed. Our Studio has NO security cameras. The condominium, however, has cameras in the outdoor areas. Other things to note • Check-in from 3 p.m. • Check-out by 10 a.m. • DOCUMENTS: It is mandatory to send a photo document of all guests. If you make a reservation for someone else, you must inform us. • You must add the host to your contact list for the profile photo to be viewed. • PROHIBITED: Smoking / Pets. • VISITORS: No one who is not on the reservation is allowed to stay, even momentarily, without the host's knowledge. • PARKING: The building does not have a garage. However, we provide a free space in a private parking lot in front of the building. • The Studio is on the second floor and access is only by stairs. • Air Conditioning: Only cold. • Daily cleaning is not included in the rent, but mid-stay cleaning and linen change can be arranged in advance for an additional fee of R$ 80.00. • SUPPLIES: This is a self-catering vacation home and only the initial items will be available. Guests should purchase any other necessary items they will consume or use during their stay or replace the products when they run out. This includes toiletries and cleaning products. • By making the reservation, you declare that you are aware of and agree to all of the above rules.
