Rooms are located at the 4th floor of Sagada Clairence Inn The space Rooms - The rooms rented for airbnb are located at the 4th floor of Sagada Clairence Inn. Capacity - All rooms have its own cr and bathroom with hot and cold showers House Rules - Cooking is not allowed during the duration of stay. Most of the restaurants are walking distance from our place. - No loud or rowdy house parties inside the inn; please respect the quiet time of other guests. - No smoking policy (Penalty; 1k) - No outside visitors and or/additional guests. Only registered guests will be allowed entry. - Please always CLEAN AS YOU GO. - Turn off lights when going out. - Please return the room keys when you check out. - For everyone's security, we advise everyone to always ensure that the doors are closed especially when leaving the premises. Please secure all valuables at all times. Management is not liable for any loss of personal property. Curfew hours - Curfew hours are still observed from 9:30pm to 4am. Reminder - Please make sure to treat all our amenities and the place you are staying with care and respect. Guests will be liable to property damage. Thank you for understanding and compliance! Guest access Indoor fireplace - Guests are allowed to use the fireplace and may relax at the sala during their stay. WIFI - Free access of wifi at the common area. Utensils - Kitchen utensils (fork, spoon, cups) are available for you take our foods. Microwave - Microwave is available at the first floor of the building Laundry Shop - Laundry shop is located at the first floor area. Other things to note Terms and Conditions TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1. Check-in time is 12:00 PM and check-out time is 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subjected to availability and may be chargeable by the inn. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed and reconfirmed with the inn directly. 2. Visitors are not permitted in guest rooms. Only registered guests are to occupy the rooms and use the amenities. 3. All guest arrivals are required to register at the Municipal Tourism Office. 4. Guests must follow all House Rules for the entire duration of their stay. 5. For guaranteed reservation * Rebooking made 7 days prior to arrival will be free of charge. * Rebooking made 3-5 days before the arrival will be charged 50% of the total payment. * Rebooking made a day before the arrival will be charged equivalent to one night stay. * Booking extensions or rebooking is subject to room availability. 1. For any events beyond the reasonable control including earthquake, typhoon and the likes of, will not be charged for any rebooking 2. No show is subject to a charge for the total hotel room billing. 3. No refund for in-house guests in case of shortened stay 4. All payments made are NON-REFUNDABLE. 5. Please turn over the key/s upon check-out. A lost key will be charged at 500 per piece. 6.
