Solvang is located in the middle of the town center of Brekstad in a quiet residential area. The property is 5 acres and large green area means that there is a lot of space around the house, little disturbance from neighbors and surrounding activities. The house was built in 1929 and is a charming house with a lot of space. Brekstad is only an hour by speedboat from Trondheim and Solvang is a 10 min walk from the speedboat quay. Ørland offers a lot of nature, bike trails, hiking trails and historical sights. The space The house has many rooms and plenty of room for a group of 8-10 people. An old house from 1929 that is newly renovated on the 2nd floor. The 1st floor is planned to be renovated in the winter of 2022/2023, but is cozy as it is today as well. The house has two small bathrooms and two toilets. Guest access Guests renting the house will have access to the whole house. There will also be two single beds on the third floor. Other things to note Ørlandet is a coastal town with all the amenities you need for a stay of a few days. Shops, cultural houses, outdoor venues, outdoor life, fishing, cycling, hiking, sports and historical sights are all available in Ørlandet. Easyfit fitness center with the possibility of a one-day pass is located just next to the house. There you will also find a climbing hall, squash, spinning and golf simulator.
