Relaxing Holiday Flat with Tranquil Garden

Newly decorated Kitchen and Bathroom for 2026! Our spacious first floor flat accommodates 4 adults & 2 children comfortably. With double bed, sofa bed and small bunks for younger children. Tv in the Kitchen & Living Room & WiFi throughout. The kitchen has all regular amenities and a washing machine in outhouse. The well maintained garden attracts the sun all day allowing you to relax or enjoy a meal on the spacious deck. We are centrally-located with easy access to the beach, shops & eateries The space Our flat has 1 double bedroom with large wardrobe and drawer units, a small Bunk Bed section just off the main bedroom ideal for younger children and a pull out double sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen has essentials and includes a large comfortable dining area with a TV. The living room has a corner couch and a single armchair plus a smart TV with prime, netflix, catch up apps and Freely. The Bathroom has a shower over the bathtub, toilet and large mirrored vanity unit.there is a few board games, books and toys for anyone that would enjoy that. Our property is on a quiet street just one row back from the beach and is ideal to just chill out and recuperate from everyday stresses. Other things to note please note the bunks are 5ft 3 by 2ft 1 so are only suitable for children shorter than this. please consider this when planning sleeping arrangements. Our flat is located on the first floor. There are 13 steps then a short landing where you turn then 3 more steps to the main landing where you gain access to the property. please also be aware of the step over into bathtub when showering which may be an issue for those with mobility issues. we do provide a step to help with this. Fresh Linen and towels are provided. There is a hair dryer and "Just in case" toiletries. the flat has a fire extinguisher and has heat and fire sensors. There is also a first aid kit under the kitchen sink.
