Hello! We offer ideal accommodation for work teams. We offer a comfortable and quiet stay with all the necessary amenities in spacious, well-equipped spaces. We are a productive orchard so we work in our spaces, there may be tools and supplies in sight. We are located near a highway, so there may be vehicle noise (we offer free disposable earplugs). The space (Please read in full) The accommodation includes 2 adjoining and connected bedrooms. 1 full bathroom for your exclusive use during your stay, a living room, dining room, and a large kitchen. The property has a covered terrace with an oven/grill and dining room and other terraces available for your rest. Wi-Fi available. We have a reading space and a varied library. There are card games, dominoes, and other board games. Ideal for families or a group of friends. If you come with small children, we ask that they always go out to the garden or gazebo with a responsible adult. Our accommodation is suitable for animal lovers. However, if you want to bring your pet, please talk to us first to make sure you have a good stay. We have 6 dogs who are very friendly with humans but you need to introduce them to other dogs so that they can live together peacefully. If we agree that we can receive your pet, we will ask you to take it out into the garden always in the company of a responsible adult. We are on the edge of the road so there may be noise in the front yard or at night when a truck passes by (if you have light sleep we suggest you bring earplugs although at home we have disposable pairs for our guests). In general, most people sleep and rest well. Since the last floods, we DO NOT have a pool (it is not enabled due to a major breakdown). Guest access There is space for two to three vehicles at the entrance of the house. The environment is rural near the Cachapoal River, and a variety of heritage and tourist places to visit such as Cerro Codao, an educational farm in Pichidegua, the Azudas de Larmahue, Alborada Educational Farm in Peumo, Cerro Gulutreng, in San Vicente you will find the Laguna de Tagua Tagua School Museum, Tagua Tagua Observatory no more than 20 km away. To the southwest is the city of Las Cabras and very close to Lake Rapel. Pichilemu, Puertecillo is 1 hour 30 minutes from our location. Closed parking with gate. There are stores nearby for quick shopping. You can access the park, gazebo, and front garden (small park). If you want to see the back garden, let us know so we can arrange it with our dogs. If you'd like to join the garden work, just let us know so we can design an activity for you. During your stay We live in the same place so you can see us in the gardens, orchard, park. You can use the house with complete peace of mind. We only ask that you take care of the furniture, books, music, and decoration in it. They are memories of our life that we have been collecting over time and we have an endearing affection for them. If you need something special or a local product, let us know to see if we can find it with the local Network of Peasants, Artisans, and Entrepreneurs. Other things to note We ask that you do not smoke inside the house but there is no problem if you smoke on the terraces We love animals. In our home you can share with dogs, cats and other animals. Therefore, to avoid any risky situation, if you want to come with your pet, let's talk about it in advance to see if it's possible. We have additional activities that we can prepare for you for an additional fee. 1.- Sky observation (we have Celestron binoculars) 2.- Organic vegetable garden workshops for beginners and children (includes materials) 3.- Astrology and other fortune-telling. 4.- Massage therapist at home or you can go to the Karuna Center which is 4 km from our house).
