This house is 3.4 miles away from Eugene airport (about 7 min drive), 10 miles from U of O, close to a 24 hr grocery store, lots to do around the area. The space Spacious 4 bedroom plus office and loft upstairs. The master bedroom downstairs has a queen bed, 3 bedrooms upstairs; 2 rooms have a queen bed and 1 room has a full-size bed. The loft area has a couch that will sleep two comfortably. The kitchen has all the cookware that you may need, utensils, cups and mugs, a coffee maker and some spices if you may need them. The dining room table can seat 6 and 3 barstool chairs at the bar in the kitchen. Will have access to a computer in the office if needed. Multiple areas to hang out - whether it’s in the garage at the bar watching TV or out back where there is a BBQ pit, TV, and hot tub, sofa set (plus curtains to close if you want extra privacy.) **master closet will be locked, and some drawers will be closed with homeowner's personal items in them. Guest access The front door with a keypad entry way, will set your code before arrival, plenty of parking with RV parking on the side of the house.
