Cotton Gin Inn guest house

This charming guest cottage is set on over an acre of tree shaded lawns, but walking distance to the shops and restaurants in Burton. It is less than 10 miles to antiquing mecca of Round Top. It shares the property with the main house (which is another Airbnb listing that can be joined together to accommodate 10 guests). Shared usage of the outdoor pavilion with areas for cooking, lounging, and dining can be coordinated if needed. The property is fully fenced and gated with parking pads. The space One bedroom has is very large with two queen beds and ample areas for lounging and reading. The other bedroom has one queen bed with a full ensuite bathroom. The living room is setup with a wide-screen TV, couch, chairs, and a small dining area. On one side is a kitchenette with small fridge, microwave, sink and counter space. Also off the living room is a second full bathroom (both bathrooms have showers). There is a large covered porch furnished with chairs and tables for gatherings, and just three steps down is a large deck with a picnic table.
