Cozy Chic Lakeside Cottage

Adorable, remodeled 2 bedroom lakeside cottage on the eastern shore of Laurel Lake in northern Pennsylvania, 15 minutes between Montrose, PA and Binghamton, NY. We are happy to open our lake home to new and returning guests. Enjoy a little serenity with family and friends, away from the hustle and bustle of daily life on this beautiful 40 acre lake. Whether it be fishing, swimming, kayaking, hiking or relaxing by the campfire or water, there is something for everyone. The space Cape cod style cottage overlooking the lake with lake views from the kitchen, dining room, deck and upstairs bedrooms. Whole house air conditioning and heat for three seasons of enjoyment. Cooking essentials are provided to prepare meals, with an additional beverage refrigerator for you and your guests. There is one king-size bed and two sets of twin bunk beds upstairs, with an additional queen-size pullout sofa bed on the main level. Full bathroom, with tub/shower on the main level. Linens sheets are provided, with a stacked laundry unit for guest use. Enjoy the provided paddle boat, and 4 kayaks, with multiple life jackets for your safety. Relax by the firepit or on the lakeside dock to take in the beautiful sunsets. Gather on the deck, dock, or in the backyard. We want you to feel at home and as relaxed as possible. Take advantage of the close proximity to the Montrose Blueberry Festival, Dick's Sporting Goods Open, Spiedie Fest and Balloon Rally, Owego Strawberry Festival, and Cutler Gardens Farmer's Market. Come to see the beautiful fall foliage. Short trip to Elk Mountain Ski Resort, with excellent year-round fishing. Guest access Self-check-in with remote entry. There is parking for 4 cars in the driveway, with parking allowed in the front lawn if needed for one additional car. We have outdoor security cameras for extra security. Other things to note Wif login information will be included in the welcome letter upon arrival. We will also provide a book with recommended groceries, restaurants, entertainment, and activities. The cottage is professionally cleaned and sanitized between guests. Cell coverage with AT&T is excellent, however, Verizon coverage is very spotty.
