Down the long lane, after winding through the trees, sits Turkey Ridge Cottage. There, on the ridge top, the cottage peers down the hollow into the scenic river valley. Guests find seclusion, renewal, comfort, and invigorating country pleasures. Family, kid, and dog friendly. The space The cottage is fully turn-key, you will find everything needed for your stay, including kitchen supplies, linens, etc. Bring only your personal things. You will find plenty of books and streaming TV options. The cottage has three small bedrooms, each with comfortable queen beds, a full bath, and a great room containing living, dining, and kitchen areas. A wooden deck with outdoor furniture overlooks the valley. Guest access You will have access to the full cottage and plenty of seclusion. A furnished deck overlooks the river valley. You can follow the track down to the river nearby. Outside the cottage you will find a pit for wood fires on gentle evenings. A small amount of firewood is provided. Other things to note Bring only your personal things and food. Of course, hiking boots if needed, fishing gear if you are inclined, perhaps a good book and your camera. If you plan on going out on the river or to the nearby creek, be sure to bring your own towels. Your cottage is well away from other buildings, so you will have all the privacy desired. We are quite inclusive, welcoming pets (with minor rules), children, and LGBTQ guests.
