FREE Kayaks, Sups, beach cruiser bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, coolers and so much more! The space This is the lower floor listing of this duplex. It includes full use of the roof top deck overlooking The Gulf of and Lemon bay. Enjoy your own exclusive TIKI Bar with outdoor TV. A great spot for movie night or and doubles as a wonderful work space as well. This two bedroom suite sleeps two in the king bedroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a bunk that sleeps two adults on the bottom and one child on top. Total capacity 6 adults and 1 child. Note* This duplex can sleep up to 13 guests in total. Each floor is a two bedroom one bath, sleeps six on the top floor and 7 on the lower level. Each floor rents out separately. Prices shown are for the first floor only. You will be staying in the lower floor unit of this duplex and you will have full use of the rooftop deck as well. Our wonderful heated community pool is located just ten minutes from the house inside the Ann & Chuck Dever Regional park, 7001 San Casa Dr Englewood 34223. The cost is $3 a day per person.
