House in the south with pool.

Come and stay in our house, and sunbathe while enjoying our swimming pool. We are 20 km from the beaches (Marseillan, Agde, Vias) and 4 minutes from Pezenas, a town with its typical Languedoc shops and old alleys. Mountain biking, walking in the vineyards, swimming in the sea, wine tasting, water activities… there is no shortage of sports or cultural activities around here! Beziers 20 minutes, Sète 30 minutes, Montpellier 45 minutes. No groups or parties The space This is our main residence that we rent out during school holidays and long weekends, this year. 128 m2 single-storey house on 830 m2 of land enclosed by a wall with electric gate. 8 x 4 m swimming pool, trampoline, slide, soccer cage, ping pong table (except winter). Terrace with 8-seat dining table and garden furniture. The house consists of 3 bedrooms including a master suite. Two toilets. Living area of 52 m2. Two outdoor private parking spaces in front of the gate for your cars. Direct access from the house to the garden and pool through two large bay windows in the living room. Board games available for all ages. Residential and family neighborhood. You can walk to the center of the village of Tourbes (bar, grocery store, tobacco shop, bakery, restaurant...). Large stores 2 km away. Pumtrack next door and park with games in the village. Large Padel complex nearby (5-minute walk). The pool is open in summer only. For the Spring period, it depends on the weather. Other things to note For cleaning the pool, a robot is available for your use.
