This memorable place is anything but ordinary. It is a tiny guest studio in a unique hidden spot with easy access to shopping, eating and hiking. This studio is nestled in a back yard of a primary residence in a quiet stand alone space. Great views, easy access to Superior trails system, minutes from main street for eating and shopping. This unit is located in a shared space with other tenants on the property sharing the backyard as show in the photos. The space This is a tiny guest studio.. Comfortable full size bed with AC/Heat and WiFi. Microwave, Fridge and Bluetooth speaker with great sounds to go with this music themed space. Guest access Parking will be at the owners private residence. Access / entry to the studio will be a short walk through the back yard to the guest studio. Photos show the path through the gate with an arrow and through the flagstone path. Other things to note The interior of the studio is complete, comfortable and ready with a nice and peaceful (and well lit) backyard. You will also have access to owners backyard including more areas for sitting, relaxing and usage of our hot tub.
