Retreat in a large farmhouse, orchard, near a lake

The ideal place for your time out is in a small village on one of the largest nature reserves in Germany. Three sides with unobstructed views and a large orchard let you forget the stress of everyday life. It is not uncommon to watch deer or cranes in their activities. Built in 1912, the brick house is stylishly furnished and leaves nothing to be desired. The lake in the village is within walking distance and by car it is only 30 minutes to the beach in Ueckermünde. The space In the 265 sqm house there is a large living room with two sleeping areas (in addition to the 9 sleeping places), a dining table for 8 people and a TV (Amazon, free TV). In addition to the radiators, there is an impressive tiled stove and a reading corner. The house has two almost identically furnished children's rooms, each with a bunk bed (also suitable for adults). The bedroom is equipped with a double bed and has its own terrace. On the lower floor there is a large bathroom with a double sink, shower and freestanding tub overlooking the garden. The kitchen is well equipped: fridge-freezer, stove with ceramic stovetop and oven, pots, pan, kitchen knives, dishes, cutlery, coffee filter machine, espresso maker, blender, hand blender, cookbooks... Adjacent to the kitchen, you get to the veranda with a small dining area for two and a children's play corner. In the second bedroom in the attic there is a double bed and a workplace, as well as a reading corner and a private small bathroom with tub, toilet and sink. Furthermore, in the attic there is an additional living room with lounge area, TV, large dining table and fireplace. In the garden there are numerous fruit trees and a beautiful view into the distance from the bench, which stands on the former dunghill. For the kids, there is a tree house, a slide into the small sandbox and a trampoline. Furthermore, you can relax in a small outdoor lounge protected by shady greenery or eat at two places in the garden at the table with associated chairs or benches. If the forest fire level allows, you can relax by the fire of the fire pit in the evening. On the farm there is also a stable (without animals) and an outbuilding. Guest access Depending on the direction, our house is the first or last house in the village. The vehicle can be parked directly behind the courtyard entrance at the house. Other things to note On request, we can provide you with a set of bed linens and towels for €15 per person per stay. The making of the beds is included in the price. Please note that without an order, you must bring your own bed linen and towels and put them on yourself.
