Perfectly located three-story townhouse in a popular and child-friendly neighborhood. A great place to relax with your family and enjoy the many possibilities in the small town and North Sealand. The house is located in the center of Humlebæk within walking distance to forest, beach, shopping and easy access to public transportation. Louisiana is located only a 10 minutes walk away. Humlebæk is full breathless nature and opportunities, it is peaceful and yet close to Copenhagen and Elsinore. The space The house was build in 2015 and is one out of 56 houses in a very friendly community. The house has three floors, a front terrace, a small back yard and a very nice rooftop terrace with evening sun. Right by the house, you will find a nice wooden playground. The ground floor has a toilet, a combined kitchen/living room and gives you access to a cozy green back yard with sun from morning to noon. Great spot for morning coffee. The first floor has a bedroom with a kingsize bed, children's room with a bunk bed, a playroom for kids, and a bathroom with toilet. The second floor is a living room with TV and a sunny rooftop terrace wherefrom you can enjoy the evening sun with a beautiful view of the town and forest. Guest access Guests has full access to the house. Other things to note We have many green plants that need watering. You are welcome to water them, otherwise, we will come by water them during your stay. We will stay in touch about this.
