It is a completely independent living space within - with its own bedroom, living room, bathroom kitchenette, & full-size refrigerator-for extra fee Guest access You have Exclusive access and PRIVATE Entrance to the Ground floor, which is totally independent from the occupied single upstairs unit with its own private entrance & accessibility.
