The 40m² apartment on the first floor of the house is divided into a living area with a kitchen, two bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom with a shower. In the living room there is a sofa bed for two more persons. 13m² roofed and furnished balcony belongs to the apartment. Air conditioning, wireless Internet, satellite TV and washing machine are among the other features. Baby cot and highchair are available upon request with no surcharge.
