The 4* naturist village of La Jenny has many activities (golf, heated pools, tennis, shops, etc.). Independent turtledove cottage with large private terraces, partly covered, outdoor shower (hot/cold water) and garden. Come and enjoy this little earthly paradise that will fill you with happiness. Not suitable for children under 5. The space We have just acquired and completely renovated this cottage, making aesthetic and comfort improvements. Nature setting, immediate proximity to the ocean and its immense sandy beaches, numerous and varied activities of the 4* naturist village. If you like to live naked in an environment of unspoiled nature and great beauty, you will have an exceptional vacation at La Jenny, a family-friendly and friendly naturist village where respect and well-being are privileged. A closed bedroom upstairs with 2 small 80 x 200 beds that can be joined to make a large 160 x 200 bed if you wish. A mezzanine upstairs that can accommodate a single mattress on the floor 80 x 190. In the living room on the ground floor there is a comfortable sofa bed that is 140 x 190. Depending on the sleeping options you choose, you must bring the bed linen accordingly, knowing that the large beds are equipped with a duvet (220 cm x 240 cm) and 2 pillows and the small beds with a duvet (140 cm x 200 cm) and a pillow. Blankets are also available. Bed and bath linen is an optional paid extra on request. The chalet also has a fully renovated bathroom with shower and sink. The toilet is separate. Large main room on the ground floor with dining room, living room and new equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave, oven, induction stove, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishwasher...). Parking space. The large terrace is partially covered and enclosed (with equipped summer kitchen, tables, chairs, sun loungers...). Outdoor shower (hot and cold water). You will appreciate these beautiful enlarged terraces that provide a beautiful outdoor space. The chalet is surrounded by a pretty garden. The terraces are south, west and east facing, which gives them good sunshine but also shade to withstand the summer heat. The natural setting planted with pine trees, strawberry trees, mimosas... will delight you as much as the birdsong and the squirrels running in the trees. That's Jenny and it's rare. Other things to note Rental prices do not include: The mandatory ENTERTAINMENT PASS to access the village and which gives access to all activities: heated swimming pool, tennis and paddle lessons, archery, fitness, aqua aerobics, yoga, stretching, zumba, evenings etc. Low season rates (April-May-June-September): €3 per day per person (from 3 years old) High season rates (July-August): €6 per day per person (from 3 years old) CONCIERGE PROCESSING FEES vary from €12 to €32 depending on the period and length of stay). You will need to pay it to get the individual "let go" to present at the reception of the village. No application fees or club card to pay from October to March because there is no entertainment Access to the Jenny naturist village in the middle of a pine forest is secure and framed. Nudity is the rule, it is a primary condition to stay in this wonderful village as long as the weather conditions allow. The activities on offer are numerous especially in summer (golf, tennis, large heated pools and children's pools, archery, yoga, aquagym, stretching, cinema, pétanque, various evening entertainment respecting the tranquility of the village etc.). And especially the huge naturist beach supervised in high season next to the village and reserved for residents. Nearby bike paths to follow the Atlantic coast for dozens of kilometers to Cap Ferret in the South or Lacanau ocean in the North through the magnificent beaches of Le Porge Océan. There is also a bike rental in the village as cycling is a much appreciated activity to get around the villages and surroundings (but we can also rent you bikes). The village also has 2 restaurant bars with large terraces, the clubhouse and its golf terrace, a supermarket, several shops and a small local produce market several times a week in season. 4G is of good quality for Orange, Bouygues, SFR and free operators and ensures good internet access. There is also a paid wifi internet area in the village equipped with computers. The village is equipped with a paid laundromat that has several machines and dryers for easy use but you also have a washing machine in the cottage. Every year a complete guide is published on the village's website. There is plenty of information about village life and how it works. The village's activities are maximum in high season (July and August) it is reduced in low season (April, May, June, September) and almost nonexistent from October to March included (no shops also in the village during this period but shops and supermarkets open all year round to the small town of Le Porge 14km away). Even without lively activities, the village has an incredible charm in all seasons thanks to all that nature offers from beautiful forest to ocean. Finally, you will need to let me know the registration of your vehicle to benefit from automatic access to the village. If you come without a vehicle you can ask me about the services of a VTC that can pick you up at Bordeaux train station, Marcheprime, Mérignac airport or Porge village. A line bus serves the village of Le Porge from Gare Saint-Jean de Bordeaux several times a day.
