This is NOT a party house or intended to be used as the home base for large family gatherings. Our max occupancy is 6. Due to insurance, permitting, and general good neighbor vibes, violating these rules will result in immediate cancellation without a refund. ✔ We do not have AC; most coastal homes do not. Each room has a fan and windows for that cool ocean breeze. ✔ No parties or events ✔ For the comfort and safety of all guests, smoking, vaping, or drug use is not allowed inside or outside.
