Welcome to our charming lake home on a rare flat site with parking for 4 cars and room for a boat trailer. Catering to families and couples looking for an exciting vacation in New York's Finger Lakes! The completely furnished home has a wonderful enclosed three season sun porch to enjoy your morning coffee and breakfast while looking out at the lake for frequent sightings of our resident bald eagles. This Lakehouse offers breathtaking views and over 60 ft. of lake frontage. The space Come enjoy some well-deserved down time and recharge. We have over 60 ft. of frontage with a flat shale beach to wade into the water. Fish from our dock, bring your boat (2 cleats available on dock for tie down), or use one of our 2 available canoes. Life jackets and paddles available for your use. Boat rentals are available nearby on the lake at local marinas. Enjoy an evening of grilling and relaxing while eating at the lakeside table. After dinner, sit by the campfire with the family or head inside for a movie on the large flat screen TV situated above the gas fireplace. Wi-fi and YouTubeTV is available for streaming. Full kitchen, with microwave, dishwasher, Keurig and washer/dryer for your convenience. Large dining room table with seating for eight in addition to a breakfast table in the sun porch with seating for four. No need to climb stairs once you step out of your car when you use one of the two 1st-floor bedrooms available. We are within walking distance of the Beachcombers for a delicious breakfast or an evening out. Live bands on the weekends during the summer offers a fun night out. When you’re not at the Lake, you can enjoy our scenic state parks like Letchworth or Stonybrook or sip your way through our local winery and craft Breweries, all located within a short drive. The Town of Geneseo is only a 10-minute drive where you can shop at Wegmans grocery, Walmart Superstore, eat at many local restaurants or take in a movie at the theater.
