Our charming mid-century modern Eichler house will make you feel relaxed and inspired with it's beautiful, fun decor and comfortable surroundings. Two bedrooms, a kitchen, laundry room and living room. You'll feel right at home (: The space Our place has got a lot of charm! Though not perfect (squeaky floors, old fridge, etc) it's definitely a comfortable space to spend your vacation! Guest access Backyard, Carport Parking, Upstairs (downstairs will be empty, you will be the only guests in the house) Other things to note ENTERTAINMENT - We've got Hulu & Amazon in the main room. High speed wifi throughout the house. AMENITIES - We've got a washer and dryer. The washer detergent is pre-loaded and available for you to use at no extra charge. - Kitchen is ready to use and includes all silverware and cooking equipment needed for a longer stay. PETS - Up to 2 dogs are allowed. No cats, sorry! (We have a cat that will not appreciate another cat smell in the house. Our cat will not be at the house during your stay.) - They MUST be well potty trained and able to use a doggy door. - They also cannot be aggressive barkers (neighbors won't appreciate it). - We have a fenced in yard, so dogs can freely roam. One of our gates is waist high... bigger dogs may be able to jump over it. Our house would be a better fit for a small or medium sized dog. YARD - Our yard is a decent size and has plenty of room for you to lounge around in. Photos coming soon! THE NEIGHBORHOOD - We are in an older neighborhood (built in the 1960's), so all the houses are going to look a bit older. The people here are really nice! We've got a mix of families and elderly folks. - There are a couple dogs in the yard behind our house, they bark on occasion when startled, but overall they are pretty well behaved. - We've also got a school within walking distance (you can see it from our house). It's got a playground and a large grassy area to play in. Great for families and pets! -We are about 25 minutes to Snowbird Ski Resort. - As you walk through the neighborhood you will have a nice view of the mountains on the East side of the valley (these are the prettier mountains surrounding the valley, for sure)
