L'Etable Ancienne - The Old Stable at Bonbousquet

Originally a part of a 350 year old farmhouse that has been transformed into a spacious and stylish studio. Where you will find a small but fully equipped kitchen and dining area, a huge bathroom with a multi-jet shower, two basins, an enormous bath and a comfortable lounge area. There is a terrace in the shade of two ancient chestnut trees, where you can enjoy the wonderful views, laze in the hammock, a perfect haven of peace, combining comfort and character in relaxing, natural surroundings. The space Bonbousquet is set in twenty hectares of meadows, fields and woods, we are keen conservationists and have started a program of rewilding the land and follow the principles of permaculture in our 500 m2 vegetable garden. On the other side of the property there is a yoga and meditation space, and a beautiful summer kitchen. Sharing the property are our lawn mowing Ouessant sheep, free range chickens (eggs on request) two beautiful Arab horses and two donkeys. There is also a lake that visitors are free to enjoy. The house is in view of Cordes sur Ciel which is a 30 minutes walk or 5 minutes drive, where you will find restaurants and shops. Guest access The accommodation is independent from the main house. Guests have their own entrance and outdoor space with loungers, hammock and table and chairs.
