Charming Victorian room minutes from Train Station

Your room is the first door on the left after stepping into our terraced house, a few minutes walk from Brighton station & North Laines. Easy access, self check-in, fast wi-fi, and an extremely walkable area make this a perfect base to explore the lovely city. Caroline is a clothing designer and I'm a music producer. She commutes to London most days and I work on the lower level, available if you need me, but out of your way if you don't. Any questions, just ask. Thanks for looking! The space We are in an amazing location in Brighton, <5 minute walk from the station, <10 minute walk to the sea, and easy walks to countless cafes, restaurants, shops, and pubs at your doorstep. The bedroom is a cozy, comfortable place to recharge. FYI we do not offer kitchen access with this listing, but can provide a kettle, tea, coffee, & bottled water and fridge access for you upon request. Guest access You will have access to a private bedroom with skeleton key lock, and a bathroom (bath / shower) next door to your room (not en-suite). During your stay Caroline commutes to London so is usually unavailable. Alex is mostly around but out of the way, working on music in headphones if you have any questions or want tips on the local area. Our lurcher pup Bennie would love to say hello so he knows who’s in the house, but usually stays in one of our offices out of the way as well. Other things to note Let us know if you’re ok saying hi to the pup, total pandemic puppy and we haven’t listed the room much in the last couple years, so thought we’d warn people in case anyone has a canine aversion. He is super friendly and will greet you wagging his tail, just likes to know who’s in the house.
