The unit includes two bedrooms both with queen beds (baby cot available for a baby/ small child if needed- please just let us know). The main bedroom has views of the ocean. Recently renovated stylish bathroom with separate toilet, including all natural, Australian made body wash, shampoo and conditioner. Spacious lounge room to relax and enjoy TV, board games or a good book. Full size kitchen with oven, stovetop, microwave and cooking utensils. Salt/pepper and oil available to use. Selection of tea and instant coffee provided with a small long-life milk. There is an nespresso pod coffee machine available to use with a four pods to get your started. Please BYO additonal pods. A coffee plunger also available if you prefer to BYO ground coffee. Informal dining area by the kitchen as well as a full size dining table. Laundry including front- loader washing machine and dryer. Wrap around balcony with outdoor couch to enjoy the sea and tree views. The sunrises are beautiful! No beach towels provided so please BYO. Guest access The whole unit. Garage is not available. Other things to note One cupboard is locked in between the two bedrooms for owner's use only (both wardrobes are available to use the in bedrooms)
