Albert Studio is a bright, modern studio in a renovated Art Nouveau building, just a few minutes’ walk from Riga Old Town and the main sights. The apartment combines historic architecture with modern comfort: air conditioning, fast Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace, and 24/7 self check-in via digital keypad. The studio faces a quiet courtyard, so you can sleep well while staying in a central, trendy and safe neighborhood with parks, cafés, restaurants. The space Albert Studio is a family-owned apartment designed for up to 2 guests who value comfort, quiet and a great location. Inside you’ll find: • Sleeping area with a comfortable queen bed (ideal for a couple) • Compact kitchenette with the essentials for simple cooking and snacks. • Dedicated workspace with Wi-Fi, suitable for remote work or business trips. • Modern bathroom with shower and all basic toiletries. • Air conditioning and air recuperation system to keep the air fresh and the temperature comfortable. The windows face the courtyard, so even though you are right in the centre, the apartment stays calm and quiet, although sometimes you can notice the tram passing by. Guest access You will have full private access to the apartment. Check-in is self-service 24/7 via a digital keypad – no need to coordinate keys or arrival times. The building also has an elevator for easier access to the apartment. Other things to note Our motto is “quiet excellence” - we focus on a peaceful atmosphere, cleanliness and small details that make your stay easier. • Maximum 2 guests, and the apartment is not suitable for children or infants, so it stays calm and is ideal for couples, solo travellers and business trips. • Check-in is after 15:00, check-out before 11:00. • The building has a historic elevator, which is quite compact and slow. • Central heating in Riga is available from early October until April (depending on the temperature outside), but the AC has the heating function in case it gets cool outside the heating season. • Later check-outs are usually not available, but we can offer luggage storage options (contact us for more info). Parking: There is paid street parking in nearby streets - it costs 3.00 EUR per hour. It is for free from 20:00 - 08:00 on weekdays, from 17:00 on Saturday and whole Sunday is for free. Parking lots are available within 5-10 minute walk and the prices start from 14 EUR for 24 hours.
