The space Our penthouse is on Saint Tropez Street, approximately 5 houses from the beach. Our space has been furnished so that everyone can feel at home, fully equipped, with a kitchen containing everything you need to prepare what you want, and a 573-liter refrigerator. As a duplex penthouse, we have on the ground floor a living room with a 65" Samsung 4K smart TV and an open environment connected to the dining room with an 8-seat table, kitchen and service area, a guest bathroom, a queen suite, a bedroom with two single beds. On the upper floor, we have an anteroom with a 50" LG, a social bathroom, a queen-size bedroom with a balcony and hammock, and another queen-size suite. All bedrooms have Orthocrin Premium spring mattresses, providing full comfort for sleeping. The entire apartment is well ventilated and has excellent natural seaside ventilation, and all bedrooms also have ceiling fans, as do the two living rooms. And, of course, our penthouse features an outdoor gourmet area on the upper floor, semi-covered, with a built-in charcoal barbecue, a custom-made cabinet, a sturdy barbecue grill and grills, foldable wooden tables and chairs, and an outdoor shower, as well as a view of the hillside beach.
