Stephanie & Dave are the new owners of The Saucy Willow Inn! It is a family operated property which is situated less than 155 kms North East of Toronto and located on the banks of Balsam Lake. Originally built in 1878, operated as a lodging house but now the main home remains on 2 beautiful acres surrounded by four cottages and 200 feet of pristine water frontage with a beach area, and two boat docks. This listing is for Suite #1 with King Sized bed, and private washroom. Bathrobes provided. The space The space is within the 144 year old Victorian Inn called the Saucy Willow Inn. Your King Sized bedroom has guest fridge, and a private washroom across the hall, with bathrobes. Continental breakfast is also served, and you have use of the entire lakefront property, including a small beach area. A verandah with a propane fire table and rocking chairs, as well as two outdoor wood firepits. A badminton area, and within walking distance to restaurants and the LCBO. In winter we have a skating rink, and an outdoor wood burning sauna. Guest access Pool table and recreation room, Living room with satellite TV, and dining room, verandah, private porch, wrap around dining porch. Lakefront. Other things to note $20/per person for use of Sauna. We need 2 hour advance notice to ensure it's hot prior to use.
