Hunter Creek Cottage @ beach hot tub pet friendly

Relax with the whole family or friends at this peaceful cottage on Hunter Creek with distant views and sounds of the Ocean. This is a tiny home vacation rental in Turtle Rock RV Resort within walking distance to the beach. The space This cottage has - (1) Private full size Bedroom with Queen Bed, with high ceilings - Loft with 2 Twin Size Beds . Loft height is approx 4’ from floor to ceiling. There is a large private deck that over looks the Creek & Ocean with a HOT TUB, Gas FIRE PIT and BBQ. This vacation rental has a full kitchen with all the utensils for cooking & eating. There are Electric Fireplaces in the Living Area & Bedroom, and TVs located in the Living, Bedroom & Loft Areas. The Interior sq ft of the cottage is approx 700 sq ft. Guest access The cottage is walking distance to the beach, under the 101 bridge. There is a short drive to the town of Gold Beach with shopping & restaurants. There is parking for one car on the premises and additional parking at the RV Resort. Other things to note We will need your license plate number & vehicle description for check-in. Parking is in designated areas only. Do not park your vehicle on the main road, there is a paved spot next to the cottage for your vehicle. NO parking in the grass or off pavement. We are pet friendly and do have a pet policy. There is a $40 per stay fee that applies, please register your pet with your booking. PETS Please BOOK your PET with AIRBNB. WE only accommodate up to 2 DOGS per reservation. If you do have PETS there is an additional cleaning fee. NO CATS. Our DOG friendly policies include the following… -NO dogs in the loft (they tend to think our guest beds are big doggie beds). -Please encourage your pets to use the provided dog beds. -Please clean off your pet after they visit the beach and surrounding areas before re-entering, so they DO not track in dirt & sand. -Dogs MUST be on a leash while on the property and throughout the park. -Please PICK UP after your pet. There a disposals located around the park. -Have active preventative tick/flea management for your pet. -Pets are not to be left unattended outside of the cottage at any time. -We kindly request that you not leave your pet alone at the cottage for long periods of time.
