2 minutes from the center of St François and the beaches, this comfortable, warm and eco-friendly wooden house is located in a quiet and secure condominium, with swimming pool. Equipped with an air-conditioned bedroom with TV, Wi-Fi, bathroom/WC and living room/equipped kitchen, you will find everything you need for your vacation. The large wooden terrace open to the garden is the main living space, from which you can enjoy the small garden. The space In a quiet area within a gated community, this exotic wooden house is warm and well-equipped. For parking, you will have a numbered, uncovered parking space within the residence. The room is air-conditioned and a mosquito net is available to facilitate your sleep. A TV and Wi-Fi are available. A closet is available to store your belongings. The kitchen is fully equipped (except microwave): oven, induction stove, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, food processor, as well as a water filter. Some condiments and spices are available. This common room with the living room opens onto a wooden terrace where you can enjoy meals or relax (hammock) to the sounds of birdsong. Some aromatic plants and fruit trees adorn the small garden. In the bathroom and kitchen, hot water is supplied by a solar water heater (it may take a few minutes to arrive). A tank to compensate for water cuts is present in the condominium. Simple cleaning products, broom, mop and vacuum cleaner are present to ensure the cleanliness of the premises. My place is perfect for a couple and solo travelers. Guest access You will have access to the entire accommodation and the terrace. I will ask you to be very respectful of the premises and furniture and to leave the accommodation in the condition in which you found it. If you have any problems during your stay, please let me know and report any malfunctions. Other things to note When you leave, please leave the accommodation in the condition it was in when you arrived: clean rooms and bathrooms, washed dishes, emptied garbage cans.
