Primarily designed for singles or couples. Guest access The accommodation is entirely self-contained adjacent to the host’s house. Pedestrian and vehicle access to the room is in the front drive off Newmarket Road. Guest parking is allocated outside the room safely off road on a large private driveway. Other things to note The room is not designed for 3 adults. The single sofa bed is comfy however not as comfortable as the double bed. Key to the room(s) will be in a key storage box next to the accommodation. The code for the box will sent to guest 12-24hrs before check-in. A portable work-table and chair are stowed under the bed if required.
