Casa Angela is born in Dervio, in the wonderful setting of Lake Como. The house offers a breathtaking view, from where you can admire the beauties and landscapes that Lake Como and the Alps offer. We're located in a small and quiet village in Dervio, a few steps from both the lake and the historic center of the town, which can be reached in just 10 minutes on foot. The space The property has just been refurbished, with attention to the smallest details and spacious and versatile environments, so as to offer maximum comfort to our guests. Once you have walked the path that will lead you to the entrance patio, you will be breathless in the presence of one of the best views of our lake ever. Entering the bright panoramic lounge, you'll find modern and spacious rooms, with elegant and functional furnishings, which will satisfy your every need during your stay. The solid wood kitchen is complete with all kinds of appliances and equipment. The apartment has a large double bedroom, which can accommodate 2 more guests if necessary, thanks to an innovative foldaway bunk bed. The view that will accompany your awakening will make you fall in love with our property. The comfort of your rest, is guaranteed by fantastic orthopedic wooden bases and comfortable aleo vera memory. Upon request, there is a sofa bed in the lounge, which can be used additionally for extra guests. The bathroom is complete with a modern and spacious shower box, with massaging ceiling. Set of towels are available for our guests Wi-Fi connection is available. Guest access The parking lot is located inside the property and will be at your disposal throughout your stay. A laundry room will be at your disposal inside the house, with washing machine, clothesline and everything you need. Other things to note The apartment is located in Via Monastero 79 in Dervio, a few meters from the homonymous exit of the SS36. Once you arrive, you'll park your car on the property.
