The apartment is located just 6 km from the center of Treviso, convenient for reaching the wonderful Venice, the beaches of Jesolo and Caorle, the fabulous Dolomites, the hills of Prosecco DOCG of Valdobbiadene and Conegliano, Verona, Lake Garda, and the Abano thermal baths. The Sporting Life Center with tennis, padel and outdoor swimming pool is 200 meters away The medieval historic center of Treviso offers shopping opportunities and just 20 km away you can reach the famous Veneto Designer Outlet mcArthur Glenn. The space The apartment offers ample space and can comfortably accommodate 6 people: overall it is about 95 sqm, including the terrace (12 sqm). It consists of a large living room with kitchen (35 sqm), a bathroom (6 sqm), a double bedroom (16 sqm), a single bedroom (11 sqm), a second single bedroom/study (7 sqm, undergoing modification/outfitting) and a 10 sqm corridor. It is located on the first floor of a 3-unit family building. The guest has a covered parking space for exclusive use, very useful both during the summer season (avoids overheating of the car and hail damage) and during the winter season (prevents unpleasant morning frosts). Its location is certainly another strong point: from here you can easily reach the major points of interest throughout Veneto thanks to the nearby highways and the two airports of Venice and Treviso. Guest access The outdoor space (about 650 square meters) consists of a driveway that leads to the parking space, a front garden to the house and a back garden and is shared with my parents who take care of it daily.
