It's in a fantastic, central location within easy reach to Bournemouth & it's vibrant town & world-famous beaches. There is on street parking available on neighbouring roads and there is a bus stop directly outside the apartment. Alternatively, taxis are continuously passing by. (A taxi to Bournemouth centre is less than £10 in the day.) The space This meticulous, modern apartment spans across 2 floors, incorporating an all new sleek kitchen, a spacious living/working area & a beautiful bright bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. The en-suite bathroom has a luxury feel, with marble tiles and a large, walk in shower. The bedroom has a new, memory foam mattress and black out curtains ensuring a comfortable stay. In the living area is a dining table, which is also useful as a large desk if your stay is more business orientated. Whatever the reason for you stay, we have got you covered. The apartment has been re-furbished throughout to a high standard, and we have included all the essentials for you stay, including cooking utensils, pots/pans, glassware, kettle, toaster, microwave, soap etc. If you require any additional extras, please don't hesitate to contact us and we will do our utmost to make sure your stay is as stress free and as enjoyable as possible. Please note: The apartment is on the first floor. The kitchen is on the lower first floor, and the living area, bedroom and en-suite are all on the higher first floor. Guest access We have an area where you can park directly outside the apartment, you'll then head over to the key safe, grab your key and head up the newly-refurbished stairway to your private, modern apartment. Other things to note We understand pets are family, and our fury friends need a holiday every once in a while too; so we do accept them. However; we do make an additional charge to cover extra cleaning costs and time. We also do not accept pets on any of the furniture; as we like to keep everything as good as new for our future guests.
