Located in the lakes region of Maine. We offer a guest space located in its own building. Downstairs, there is a small kitchenette with dining area. A twin sofa bed and TV complete the living area. Also, a full bath with shower. Upstairs,there is a loft bedroom apx 24x20 with a new queen bed. We are minutes to Sebago Lake 45 minutes to Pleasant mtn ski area and 25 minutes to downtown Portland. We offer parking on site location. Small patio area with seating. Newly renovated for guests. The space The guest house is a detached building on our property. It is a quiet area, close to the lakes and mountains for boating, swimming,kayaking, and hiking. We are 20 to 25 minutes to Portland. There are many opportunities for outside adventure close by and cultural events, food scenes, breweries, and nightlife in Portland. Our space sleeps 3; one queen bed and a sleeper sofa. On-site parking for 1 car. Please ask if you have more than 1 car or a trailer, ect. Guest access There is an area that is enclosed outside the rear entry for guests to sit and enjoy the gas fireplace and get fresh air. Other things to note we do have dogs at the main house. they do run around the yard. They will come up to see you at the fence if they see you out.
