Whether you're looking for outdoor adventure or a peaceful getaway, our location offers the best of both worlds. Enjoy nearby lakes and mountains with plenty of opportunities for swimming, kayaking, boating, and hiking. Sebago Lake is just minutes away, and Pleasant Mountain is within easy reach for skiing or scenic hikes. For a change of pace, downtown Portland is only 25 minutes away—perfect for exploring local breweries, renowned restaurants, cultural events, and a vibrant nightlife scene. The guesthouse comfortably sleeps up to 3 guests, featuring a spacious upstairs loft with a queen-size bed and a twin sleeper sofa in the cozy living area below. You'll also find a well-equipped kitchenette, a dining nook, a full bathroom with a shower, and a outdoor patio where you can enjoy your morning coffee or unwind in the evening. We offer on-site parking for one vehicle. If you're bringing an extra car, a trailer, or special gear (like kayaks or bikes), just let us know in advance—we’re happy to accommodate when possible. Please note that we do have friendly dogs who may greet you at the fence if they're outside. They love meeting new people from a respectful distance! We’re here to make your stay as enjoyable as possible—feel free to reach out with any questions before or during your visit. Guest access The private entrance is located on the left side of the building. At the back, there's a fenced-in outdoor area just outside the rear entry—an ideal spot for guests to sit, relax, and enjoy the fresh Maine air in privacy. Other things to note Please note, we have friendly dogs at the main house who enjoy roaming the yard. They may come to say hello at the fence if they see you outside and might bark initially, but they are just curious!
