Our detached self contained Annex has everything you need to enjoy a stress free break. Includes private outdoor space with Bistro set, BBQ and Chiminea. local shops, bar, takeaway just a short stroll along the Brook. The space Situated on the Heritage Path, close to shops, train station and beach all within walking distance. The Annex itself is detached and is situated at the end of a large family garden. It is fully self contained and has a private patio area with furniture to the side. Access is via a front gate or a gate from the woodland/heritage path. Guest access Private off road parking with CCTV is located to the front of the main property with a gate that leads down a lit up side pathway that continues down the garden via a couple of steps directly to the Annex. A combination keybox is located to the side of the large glazed doors for self entry should the owners not be present. There is also a separate gate next to the Annex that opens directly onto the heritage path and into woodland with a Brook. Other things to note Boverton is a part of the lovely, quaint ancient town of llantwit major situated on the Heritage Coast, with its own beach and many historic pubs, coffee shops, restaurants and cultural places of interest. The town is popular with tourists all year round, has a train station and is just 7-8 miles to Cardiff/Wales Airport together with direct transport links to Barry, Cardiff, Bridgend & Porthcawl. The Annex has recently been refurbished and as such been fitted with a stylish log burner. this will be set up ready for ignition on your arrival. There will be a good supply of kindling & logs as well as firelighters and an ignition device available. The accommodation also has a second digital wall mounted TV in the bedroom.
