The space Guests can also enjoy to their fullest at the Tree Top living area, while enjoying a picturesque sunset. Meditate in the lush lawn, relish the tasteful barbeque and bask in the lap of nature while being pampered with pure peace. For a comfortable and secure stay, please take the time to read the Home Truths, House Rules and Policies thoroughly.  Serenity Hills is special because of its: - Convenient location, amidst lush, green valleys  - Expansive property with a beautifully done outer deck - Modern-contemporary interiors with eclectic furnishings and art - Relaxing round-shaped outdoor pool - 360 views of the valleys and the surrounding forest - Proximity to famed tourist attractions such as Venna Lake, Lingmala forest walk We care for your absolute comfort! To that effect, we provide: - Generator, AC, Wi-Fi - Wardrobe, hangers - Iron, torch, baby bassinets - Geysers, towels, toiletries - Medical kit, mosquito repellent - Barbecue, bar, bonfire - Secured parking space for up to 6 cars This is not a wheelchair-friendly property. Pets are not allowed. The Space: BEDROOMS - There are 6 spacious, well-furnished bedrooms - 3 on the ground floor and 1 on the lower ground floor and 2 on the first floor. - Amenities such as an extra foldable bed, Wi-Fi access, AC, wardrobes, hangers and electric kettle are offered in all bedrooms. - 3 of the bedrooms on the ground floor have an attached balcony that overlooks the surrounding lush, green horizons. - 2 of the rooms on the first floor offer an attached terrace overlooking the forest. - Each of the rooms are equipped with an ensuite bathroom. - 5 of the bedrooms are equipped with a king-sized bed and one of them has a queen sized bed. BATHROOMS - There are 6 attached and 2 common bathrooms.  - All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries. COMMON AREAS - There are 2 living rooms - 1 on the ground floor with an attached gazebo overlooking Ling Mala Trails and 1 open to sky tree top living area that overlooks the verdant hills. - Each of the living rooms can seat up to 12 to 18 people at any given time. - The tree top living area is a perfect lounging area where guests can soak in the beautiful views of the lush green surroundings while enjoying their preferred beverages. - There are comfortable arrangements for a stargazing experience too, at the Tree Top Living area. - The living rooms offer a TV and a portable music system. - There is a dining area which is a part of the living room and offers comfortable seating for up to 8 people at once. It is also equipped with a TV. - The home also consists of a beautifully done porch on the ground floor, which overlooks some outdoor sport activities like Badminton & Cricket. -  There are 3 lawns on the property, a 2000 sq. ft lawn that includes barbeque, sitting areas, gazebo & tree top living area, a 1000 sq. ft lawn which provides tent experience and the other one sized at around 1500 sq. ft provides Hammock Experience with a lounge seating in a cafe style dining area. - Each of the lawns are equipped with tables and chairs for seating and can accommodate up to 12 to 18 people, individually. - The villa has a curved shaped pool with a depth of 4ft. , overlooking the surrounding green valleys. KITCHEN - Guests may use the kitchen to prepare their own meals at an additional cost of Rs. 5000 per day. Ingredients will be charged as per actuals. - It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, oven, refrigerator, water purifier, toaster, induction plate and a mixer-grinder.  - Crockery and cutlery are available. FOOD - Complimentary limited breakfast will be offered between 9 AM - 10 AM and complimentary limited hi-tea is offered from 4:30 PM - 5:30 PM - Guests can also choose to have the breakfast and hi-tea package for a cost of Rs.500 per person. - There is a chef available at an additional charge of Rs 3500 per day who will cater for your meal preferences. Ingredients will be charred as per actuals. - Outside food is not allowed. - Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. Guest access Guests do not have access to the villa kitchen. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities. Other things to note STAFF ACCOMMODATION We can provide free accommodation for 2 male staff members in the drivers room. ACTIVITIES Within the property, guests can enjoy the beautiful 360 view of the valleys. There are three lawns at this property where guests can meditate in peace or take a long, relaxing walk while soaking in the mind blowing view of the mountains covered with mist. Guests can also take a swim in the curved shaped swimming pool or play indoor games like cards and ludo & relax on the sun deck. Playden area provides indoor games such as carrom, table tennis, TV, guitar, exercise cycle, foosball, & board games. They can also request for a bonfire to be lit up or relish a delicious barbeque meal while sipping on drinks of their choice. Guests can enjoy playing badminton & cricket with their family & friends. Experiences like karaoke set with 2 mics, tent stay, couples’ hammock, cafe style dining, Tree Top terrace, and star gazing can also be availed. ADD-ON SERVICES - ⁠Barbecue can be availed at an additional charge. - Complimentary limited breakfast will be offered between 9 AM - 10 AM and complimentary limited hi-tea is offered from 4:30 PM - 5:30 PM - Villa has a complimentary EV car charging point - There is free lodging available for two drivers and staff in the driver room. - Bonfire setup can be availed at an additional cost of Rs.500 per session. - Guests have seating access to the bar area and are advised to get their own drinks/beverages. - There are two infant baby cots and 1 high-chair for kids that can be availed by the guests. - Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. HOME TRUTHS While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later! - The road leading up to the villa may not be concrete. - This is neither a wheelchair-friendly property nor a pet friendly property. - There is a guitar at the property for guests to play their favourite tunes. However, please make sure no damage is done to the instrument. - In case of a power outage, the generator can support all appliances including the ACs for up to 5 hours. - Most mobile networks such as Jio, Vi, Airtel work fairly well here. - Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM. - There is a CCTV camera that captures the common areas. - The caretaker stays in a staff quarters’ on the premises of the same property. - Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time. - Please note that the caretakers are fully vaccinated.
