This roomy cottage has a 50-inch smart TV, king-sized, remote-controlled vibrating,adjustable bed, and a full sized futon. The kitchen has a stove,oven, microwave, and dishwasher. There is a ventless propane blue flame wall heater as well as abundant electric heat, as well as a decorative electric glass rock fireplace, there are 2 recliners built into the love seat a nd a queen sized bed biilt into the couch, and a dining area that seats four. there is now a Foosball table in the screenhouse. The space The Little Ski house is next door to, and on the same property as A dam ski house, separated by 50 feet, it is what is known as a mother / daughter house. Each have a their own firepits and BBQ. The only common area is the Sauna house, which has an electric sauna and a screenhouse with a fooseball table. Guest access there will be a propane BBQ in the front, a firepit with chairs, and a patio furniture set for outside dining. Other things to note There is great hiking up the road a few miles in Elka Park, Great hiking at Katterskill Falls and swimming at North Lake during the summer, Wintertime skiing, Snowboarding and tubing at Hunter mountain all within 5 miles from the little ski house.
