Brand new and spacious with brand new appliances. Quiet residential neighbourhood. Private entrance with keyless entry for self check-in. 3mins walk to Bus Stop on Blackburn and Heritage Dr. with buses to plants around Fort McMurray such as Suncor and Syncrude. About 20mins to Suncor baseplant and 30mins to Syncrude Mildred Lake. The space 2-bedroom unit with in-suite laundry, brand new washer and dryer. Kitchen with new fridge, microwave, stove, toaster, and coffee maker, and everything you need for cooking. Guest access The entire guest suite is available to you. Keyless access to unit for self check-in. Access code will be sent to your inbox before you arrive. Other things to note This is a non-smoking, and no pets suite. Guests are required to book the actual numbers staying. Kitchen has everything you need to cook your own food. When all snow is gone, our patio in the back is available with BBQ grill if you need to spend some time outside. We prefer dayshift workers so that we can go about our day with no worry of disturbing a guest struggling to sleep during the day for nightshift.
