We call the energy provider right away. Since Casa Porfiria is located in the province of Albay, unnanounced power interruption usually happens. We deeply apologize for the inconvenience. • You can cook but please dont cook foods with foul odor. • Guest must take good care of their own belongings Casa Porfiria will not be held responsible for any loss/damage incurred. • Well behaved children of all ages are welcomed. As the parents/guardians of children you are personally and legally responsible for and must supervise them at all times. For safety reasons do not leave children unattended in guest rooms or allow them to go downstairs unsupervised. • Flammables are not allowed to be stored inside the room. • Pets are allowed in Casa Porfiria premises, but we are requesting for your fur babies to wear diaper at all times. • Guests are held responsible for any damage done. • All electric appliances should be switched off and the doors and windows should be closed when guests go out. • Damage to mattresses and linen including mattress, sheets, blankets resulting from the use of body oils, make-up, shoe-polish, hair color, etc. will result in a charge for the special cleaning, repair or replacement of the damaged item. • Rooms are rented to guest in appropriate condition without any prohibited odor. If we find out that you smoked in your room/cooked or brought prohibited item into our room, you will be fined and evicted without any refund. • Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms/CR, smoking is only allowed on designated areas such as veranda and the garden. • EXCEPT CELLPHONE CHARGERS, LAPTOPS and PERSONAL GADGETS. No electric appliance and furniture should be installed inside the room without the permission of the management. • Cooking or any ignition is not allowed in the room. • The room key is kept by the guest. Any damage and loss will be subject to a fine. • Visitors are not allowed to stay/sleep with the guests without informing the management. • Access to our WiFi is free. WiFi signals are subject to change without notice depending on the room's location. The status of our WiFi-equipment and interference from other local wireless signals Casa Porfiria assumes no liability for guest use. • Damage to rooms, fixtures, furnishing and equipment etc. Will be charge at 120% of full and new replacement value plus any shipping and handling charges. Any damage to Casa Porfiria's property, whether accidental or willful, is the responsibility of the guest. Any costs associated with repairs and/or replacement will be charged. In extreme cases, criminal charges will be pursued. • In case of violation of the above regulations or any misconduct as deemed to cause others' inconvenience or discomfort, the Management reserves the right to ask the guest to leave.
