Barncroft: Dogs welcome, dog care services offered

A cheerful, modern, light and spacious property with lots of cottage charm. With ease of access to the North Lakes, fells, lakeside walks, local towns and city amenities. Come discover the beauty of West Cumbria away from the typical busy tourist locations. Barncroft is situated on the A595. The space -Spacious sitting room with smart TV. -Kitchen/ Diner with everything you need (even cook books!) We provide fresh eggs for your arrival from our hens and just to help you out some tea bags, sugar, coffee and milk. -Utility area with Washer -The hallway is light and spacious with a staircase leading to an open level landing. -Master Bedroom has a King size bed, sofa bed, plenty of hanging space and storage to unpack. -The Blue Room has a zip and Link super king which when unzipped becomes two singles- giving flexibility for guests. Again with plenty of space for your clothes. -Both bedrooms have hairdryers. -Bedding is provided. -The bathroom is spacious with beams. Large mirror and an over the bath shower. -Towels are provided. -From the Kitchen you can access the enclosed outside area. Laid with slate, a patio area and slate bench. There is also a ceramic basin and outdoor tap to hose off after those muddy walks! -A gate leads to the front driveway where there is also a secure storage shed for guests to use if they want to bring bikes. If you like water sports the shed could accommodate a canoe too! -If you bring your dog we provide bowls, towels, throws for the sofa, toys poop bags and plenty of other goodies. Guest access The whole Cottage, driveway and garden is for guests only Other things to note We provide fresh eggs on guests arrival and more can be purchased during your stay. We can accommodate 3 dogs at a cost of £20 per dog. Please state how many dogs you are bringing when booking. Airbnb will only charge for 1 pet so if you have more than 1 then those additional dog payments will either be made via Airbnb resolution centre or you can pay on arrival. We offer dog walking and dog day boarding if you want to visit places that are not dog friendly. We believe its important that if you bring your dog, your holiday and the activities you want to do are not restricted. Our dog care service allows you to go off and enjoy yourselves knowing that your dog is having as much fun as you!
