Refundable Damage Deposit This property requires a $350 security deposit. It will be collected separately by the property prior to your arrival. We don't accept deposits through Airbnb. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of checkout. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. For your convenience, we also offer an optional Deposit Waiver for guests who prefer not to authorize the refundable security deposit.
