Level 1/Top Level: Plenty of room for gathering on this level to enjoy your vacation with family and friends. Spacious great room with access to an upper-level deck with seating overlooking the pool, a large dining room with walls of windows, a modern well-stocked kitchen (with white cabinets, granite, center island, stainless steel appliances), and a half bath complete this level. Level 2/ Mid-Level: Primary bedroom (king bed) with an ensuite bath with a walk-in shower and soaking tub. French doors lead to a private deck off the primary bedroom overlooking the pool and private backyard. The deck on this level provides direct access to the pool area. Level 3/ Lower Level: This level contains 3 additional bedrooms and another bathroom. Bedroom 2 (king bed), Bedroom 3 (queen bed), and Bedroom 4 (Queen Bed, Bunk Bed, and a sliding glass door to access the lower-level deck reside on this level to access the hot tub and pool). A large hall bathroom with a glass-enclosed walk-in shower also has a door providing access to the lower-level deck making this another convenient spot to come and go from the hot tub and pool. A laundry room also is on this level for your use. Outdoor Area: Privacy abounds outside with a fantastic fenced outdoor area surrounded by live oaks and a maritime forest with a private pool with slide, hot tub, lounge chairs, a high-top table and chairs, Adirondack chairs, and an outdoor shower for your convenience. Set up the corn hole game in the grassy area beside the pool or play a game of ping pong in the garage which has easy access from the pool area. A grilling area makes this area perfect for a day of relaxation and fun. A covered porch adorns the front of the house for a quiet place to read a book or enjoy a conversation. Guests have access to the Southern Shores Civic Association amenities including the Hillcrest beach access with oceanfront beach parking (lifeguarded during the summer), Pickleball courts, Sea Oats Park with playground equipment/basketball court/and picnic tables, and the Hillcrest Tennis Courts near the corner of Hillcrest Drive and Sea Oats Trail. Guests must display a SSCA guest parking pass on their dashboard in community parking areas. The private Southern Shores Marina is located on S. Dogwood Trail and provides a boat launch into Ginguite Creek, which connects to the Currituck and Albermarle Sounds. You can also launch your kayak and paddleboard from the sound access .2 miles away on Kingfisher Trail. The home itself also offers a host of amenities for family entertainment including wi-fi, flat-screen TVs with smart capabilities, a ping pong table, corn hole, games, and a grill.
